As he continues to shine for Huddersfield Town, Aaron Mooy is reportedly continuing to draw the interest of a number of Premier League clubs.
Middlesbrough boss Steve Agnew was reported to be in attendance as Huddersfield claimed a dramatic 3-2 victory over Preston North End on Good Friday.
But agent Paddy Dominguez is remaining coy on any talk surrounding Mooy’s future beyond the end of the season.
“I can’t confirm or deny they’ve (Middlesbrough) had an interest. I can confirm they’ve not contacted me about him,” Dominguez told Australian Associated Press.
“It may well be true. There’s been loads and loads of clubs that have been to watch Aaron play.
“I think if the media speculated on every coach that went to watch Aaron play for Huddersfield, he’d be joining just about every team in England.”
The 26-year-old has enjoyed a standout season at the heart of the Terriers’ midfield, having been awarded a place in the EFL Team of the Season earlier this month.
Manchester City has reportedly kept a close eye on Mooy throughout the season, with manager Pep Guardiola speaking highly of the Socceroo during the season.
But for now, he remains focused on helping Huddersfield secure promotion to the top-flight of English football.
